Final Fantasy 7
Final Fantasy 7 is about a group called AVALANCHE, who is trying to save the world by destroying the Mako reactors. Mako is the planet's life energy. If they keep sucking up Mako energy, the planet will slowly die. But a man named Sephiroth appears, threatening to destroy the world with the ultimate destructive magic, Meteor. Cloud, who has a score to settle with Sepheroth, goes on a journey with his friends to defeat Sephiroth and save the planet. Aeris, the only surviving Ancient, or Cetra, is the only one that can stop Meteor. She has materia that her mother gave her. That materia is Holy, The Ultimate White Magic. She prayed for Holy, but as she was praying for Holy, Sephiroth came and killed Aeris. They learn later that her prayer was answered, but someone was stopping it from being cast. That person was Sephiroth. So they had to kill Sephiroth for the planet to be saved from Meteor, which gets closer to the World everyday.
Cloud
Cloud is the main character in the game. He is an ex-SOLDIER, and joined up with AVALANCHE. In AVALANCHE, along with Barret, Tifa, Biggs, Jessie, and ... um... I forgot. Well, he ends up learning that Sephiroth is still alive and he now has to settle a score.
Barret
The leader of AVALANCHE. Barret has a gun arm because of the Shinra that shot off his arm, that's why he wants to destroy the Shinra.

Tifa
Tifa is Cloud's childhood friend. Tifa wanted Cloud to join AVALANCHE so they could be together. Tifa was taught the art of fighting so I wouldn't give her magic materia. Click To Listen To Tifa's theme (Right Click To Download)
Aeris

Red XIII

Cait Sith

Cid
Cid is my most favorite character in the game. Cid is a Captian. He was supposed to be the first man in Space, but because of one person, Shera, he cancelled the liftoff just to save her life. Now he treats Shera like crap. But later he is nicer to Shera.

Vincent
Vincent was a former Turk, but he was shot by a scientist and the scientist did something to him. Vincent is a vampire who can turn into monsters when he reaches his limit.

Yuffie is my least favorite character. She steals your money and she steals your materia (don't worry, you'll get it back). She is a ninja girl. She is pretty strong but after stealing your materia, who would use her?
